Slash Objects, Where Post-Consumer Waste Meets Thoughtful Design

[ad_1]

Slash Objects is the design outpost of Slash Projects, the multidisciplinary creative agency of architect Arielle Assouline-Lichten. The object collection launched in 2016, and merges Assouline-Lichten’s eye for materiality and detail with sustainable product design. Utilizing deliberately disparate materials, Assouline-Lichten has created pieces that range from daybeds to coffee tables and mirrors. Notably, many of her pieces utilize recycled rubber, giving a chic second life to post-consumer matter that would otherwise end up discarded as waste.
