Artist Creates Stuck-At-Home Dresses from Duvets to Brighten Her Isolation

It was the isolation of lockdown that concentrated designer Santa Kupca’s drive to create a collection of pieces that mirrored her removal from everyday living as she realized it.

A product of the pandemic, the collection, became a final decision to celebrate the necessity of needing to stay residence. Entitled ‘Stuck-at-Property Masquerade,’ Kupca was motivated to perform to her own brief that took into account the dichotomy of a want to stay completely snug and cozy, although acquiring a directional look that screams ‘king or queen of the castle’.
