Artist Generates A Wine Glass With an Extremely-Wonderful and Bendable Stem

There are crimson wine eyeglasses, stemless wine eyeglasses, and now there is a bendable wine glass. Made by artist Matt Eskuche, this awesome cup is aptly named “The Unattainable Goblet” for its adaptable properties. Despite the stem’s slenderness, it is capable of bending in diverse instructions without breaking. This is attainable because Eskuche makes use of borosilicate glass—a sort of durable glass that incorporates boron trioxide, and is resistant to thermal shock.

The artist demonstrates the glass’ pliability in several video clips that he posted on his Instagram. In them, he retains a single hand on the foundation of the stem to keep it steady and makes use of the other to pull the rim of the glass backwards. When he releases, “The Extremely hard Goblet” rocks back and forth on its bendy stem for a number of seconds right until it sooner or later returns to its usual upright place. Eskuche also filmed two of the eyeglasses wobbling with each other in what  he phone calls “The Impossible Toast.”
