The universe is a source of endless wonder, and its beautiful, swirling colors have inspired the likes of food, jewelry, and more. Now, you can add galaxy makeup to the latest in this otherworldly trend. Talented beauty lovers are covering their skin with vibrant cosmic colors and dotting their faces and necks with tiny stars and constellations. These small accents have given the style the name galaxy freckles.
This makeup trend isn’t subtle, but some take the look further than others. Those who prefer a more understated appearance simply brush delicate pinks, purples, and blue shimmer over their skin and then use white dots to mimic the look of freckles. But if someone is interested in drama, covering entire parts of themselves in opaque body paint creates an eye-catching look that no one can ignore.
While these styles are probably not suitable for the every day, they are great inspiration for cosplay or Halloween.
People are painting themselves in a statement-making look known as galaxy freckles.
