Christian Delfino Presents A Visual Diary Of Urban Living

Originally from Sarasota, Florida, photographer Christian Delfino captures experiences of urban living throughout his worldwide travels. In a collection of images entitled ‘Disconnected’, Delfino’s documentary style appears to operate on the binary scale of micro and macro: the photographer presents either a close-up and isolated occurrence, or a complex and claustrophobic view of a city’s architecture and environment. In ‘Disconnected’, Delfino examines the distinct similarities and differences between urban environments, and exhibits each place with an inherent character formed and transformed by its inhabitants.
