The residence is characterized by a minimalist cubist rigor and consists of a stacked-box formation of corrugated steel, black-coated steel, and gray mortar. Designed with light and privacy in mind, its solid exterior is dotted by differently shaped and strategically located rectilinear windows, offering generous views of the surrounding nature. Unfolding over two floors, the house’s abstract geometry is informed by its internal layout. On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall connects to the streets by doubling as a small shop, while the master bedroom enjoys privacy and silence thanks to its location at the back of the house.
