Meet this 24-year-old Brazilian freelance 3D artist from the city of Sao Paulo. Yan Blanco is one of those artists who loves horror and is not afraid to use it in his artwork. He takes various childhood movie characters and even various objects like broccoli and carrots to completely change and transform them into depressed, sad or angry 3D characters that could have a starring role in a horror movie. Most of his illustrations are really realistic and terrifying so they are only for the true fans of horror.

Yan started his illustrator career when he was a child, and until adolescence, he always knew that he wanted to work with digital art. However, in 2014 at the College of Graphic Design, he met Blender and that forever changed his artistic path. Since then he started studying 3D everywhere he could find: through the internet, reading various articles, watching tutorials and checking websites online. After a lot of hard work and personal projects, he received Techno Image’s proposal to move to Sao Paulo and work with them.
