Artist Translates the Mountains Into Geometric Landscape Art

Sara Barnes is a Team Editor at My Modern-day Achieved and Manager of My Fashionable Fulfilled Keep. As an illustrator and author living in Seattle, she chronicles illustration, embroidery, and past via her site Brown Paper Bag and Instagram @brwnpaperbag. She wrote a book about embroidery artist Sarah K. Benning titled ‘Embroidered Life’ that was published by Chronicle Publications in 2019. Sara is a graduate of the Maryland Institute College or university of Art. She acquired her BFA in Illustration in 2008 and MFA in Illustration Apply in 2013.
