Sara Barnes is a Team Editor at My Modern Satisfied, Supervisor of My Contemporary Fulfilled Retail outlet, and co-host of the My Contemporary Satisfied Top Artist Podcast. As an illustrator and writer living in Seattle, she chronicles illustration, embroidery, and beyond by means of her blog site Brown Paper Bag and Instagram @brwnpaperbag. She wrote a e book about embroidery artist Sarah K. Benning titled ‘Embroidered Life’ that was released by Chronicle Guides in 2019. Sara is a graduate of the Maryland Institute Faculty of Art.
