Photographer Xavier Portela is back again with yet another edition of his Glow sequence, which sees him capturing neon-soaked cityscapes around the world. This time he’s landed in Dubai, wherever he’s taken entire gain of the city’s architecture. With a website of highways weaving by skyscrapers, Dubai’s landscape lends alone properly to Portela’s futuristic photography.
