Sheet pan cooking isn’t always as simple as putting all of your ingredients together into the oven and setting a timer. From vegetables to meat, each component of your meal requires a different amount of time to cook. Baking everything on the same tray also means that you probably struggle to space out your ingredients enough, so they don’t mix. That’s why a team of chefs, foodies, designers, and engineers—together known as Prepd—created Cheat Sheets, oven-safe, non-stick silicone dividers.

Recently launched on Kickstarter, the Cheat Sheets campaign has already raised over $1,500,000, going way beyond its initial goal of just under $10,000. It’s easy to see why so many people can get behind the idea—Cheat Sheets allow you to easily separate ingredients and cook with better organization and control. To avoid over-cooking an ingredient, simply remove the modular compartment from the baking tray and leave the other ingredients to cook for longer. Cheat Sheets are also useful for families, as they allow you to cater to those who have specific dietary requirements or taste.

The best part? Cleaning up is a breeze! Unlike regular sheet pans, Cheat Sheets are non-stick and dishwater safe. That means you’ll never have to spend time scrubbing oily stains, and you can avoid using non-recyclable aluminum foil and parchment paper.

“At Prepd we strongly believe that cooking for yourself or your family is the best and easiest way to stay healthy, especially during these challenging times,” say the designers. “It doesn’t have to always be health food, so long as you cooked it and know the ingredients, that’s enough.”
